Rogers County Woman Wanted For Indecent Acts With Minors

Authorities have issued a warrant for the arrest of an Inola woman accused of indecent acts with minors.

Ellen Pittser, 33, is wanted on counts of indecent acts to children under 16, indecent exposure, indecent proposals to children under 16, and providing alcohol to minors.

According to the affidavit, Pittser is accused of allowing a 15-year-old male to rub her genitals on August 30, 2013.

Later the same day, Pittser is said to have provided alcohol to a 17-year-old male and then exposed her breasts to both individuals.

Finally, on the morning of August 31, Pittser is accused of engaging in sexual activity with both minors.

A court document says Pittser was drinking that night to the point of being intoxicated.

Pittser is not in police custody.
